• Maneuvered emerging industry trends to deliver over 10 unscripted and branded projects as lead production executive, managing budgets exceeding $2MM while maintaining a 100% on-time and under-budget track record

• Managed the production and delivery of multiple unscripted content initiatives, collaborating with external and internal teams from creative, legal, post-production, and more to produce content that engages audiences, maximizes advertiser value, and remains profitable

• Developed a new standard for budget analysis and forecasting using Excel modeling, improving executive reporting and reducing freelance accounting costs by over $50K annually

• Led and delivered five development packages including newly discovered hosts, unique formats, breakthrough technologies, and written treatments. Two were ordered to series on Max (Alien Endgame & Yeti Massacre)

• Produced key aspects of many of the company’s most successful unscripted projects ranging from procuring never-before-seen interviews in Russia and exclusive filmed access inside organizations of an unprecedented scale
